WHAT ARE OUR PRODUCTS?

ACS produces a wide range of composite products including; Boats for recreational and commercial uses (e.g. RIBs), Kayaks, and performance bodywork for motor vehicles, such as cars, motorcycles and go-karts.

MOTORCYCLE AND AUTO COMPOSITES

There are three main kinds of composites used in the automotive and boating industry: Glass Fiber (GF) Matrix, Carbon Fiber (CF) and Aramid (Kevlar). Each fiber has a unique characteristic that makes it more suitable for a given use compared to another. Some are stiffer, some are stronger, and some are lighter. Of course you can get combinations of these materials that allow you to exploit the benefits of more than one material at a time.

• ACS can provide motorcycle bodywork constructed from either; GF, CF, Kevlar or CF/Kevlar combinations.
• We can replicate the original bodywork, or can modify our product to make it lighter, more aerodynamic or more unique.
• Products are finished and painted in gray primer before shipping.
• Final products are wrapped in protective wrapping and boxed for transport and can be couriered to you.
